At Vanilia there was no video content production yet: no team, no guidelines, no way of working. As Video & Content Lead I set up the video branding, built a workflow from briefing to delivery and trained the team, so the reels keep going without me.

- Video branding and guidelines: framing, pace, typography and music.
- A workflow from briefing to delivery, with fixed formats per channel.
- Trained the team in shooting and editing for Reels and TikTok.
- Campaign and collection videos, from the Core Collection to the summer '24 looks.
